Product Introduction

The cage of the single seated(cage) control valve match the gap of the valve disc. There are multiple throttling windows on the cage. The shape of the window determines the flow characteristics of the control valve, and the size of the window affects the flow coefficient Cv of the control valve. The valve seat adopts a self-centering non-threaded snap-in structure. The conical sealing surface on the valve seat cooperates with the conical sealing surface on the valve disc to form a cut-off sealing pair, which ensures that the valve closes tightly when the disc is pressed on the valve seat. The size of the valve seat diameter affects the flow coefficient Cv of the control valve. There are balance holes distributed symmetrically and parallel to the axis on the valve disc connecting the chambers on the upper and lower end faces of the valve disc. In this way, the force of the fluid in the valve on the axis of the valve disc is mostly canceled out. The unbalanced force generated by the fluid on the valve stem is very small.

Adopting fluid pressure balanced cage guide trim structure is able to withstand higher working pressure difference and achieve reliable adjustment with only a small operating force; due to the guiding effect of the cage, its dynamic stability is also better than that of a single seated control valve. The “curve window” with different adjustment characteristics on the cage also has the functions of noise reduction and anti-scouring. At the same time, valve trim with a variety of flow characteristics are available, which can widely meet the adjustment requirements of various systems and are suitable for conditions where the pressure difference is high and there are no solid particles in the fluid for various gases and liquids.
