Product Introduction
The lined butterfly valve not only has the strength of metal, but also has corrosion resistance characteristics. The various lined butterfly valves produced by our company are made of cast steel, stainless steel, ductile iron and other metal parts. The inner cavity and flow parts of the valve are lined with good corrosion-resistant engineering plastics and produced with advanced steel-plastic molding technology. According to different lining thickness, the lining materials can be divided into 3-8mm fluoroplastics (F46, F4, F3, PFA, PVDF), reinforced polyethylene FRPP, ultra-high molecular material polyethylene, propylene, etc. Valves have been passed electric spark and water pressure tests.
