A Globe valve is a linear motion valve and is primarily designed to stop, start and regulate flow. The disk of a globe valve can be totally removed from the flow path or it can completely close the flow path.

Globe valves are extensively used to control flow. The range of flow control, pressure drop, and duty must be considered in the design of the valve to avert premature failure and to assure satisfactory service.

Conventional Globe valves maybe used for isolation and throttling service. Although these valves exhibit slightly higher pressure drops than straight-through valves(e.g., gate, plug, ball, etc.), they maybe used in applications where the pressure drop through the valve is not a controlling factor.

Valves subjected to high-differential pressure-throttling service require specially designed valve trim.

Product Introduction

The lined butterfly valve not only has the strength of metal, but also has corrosion resistance characteristics. The various lined butterfly valves produced by our company are made of cast steel, stainless steel, ductile iron and other metal parts. The inner cavity and flow parts of the valve are lined with good corrosion-resistant engineering plastics and produced with advanced steel-plastic molding technology. According to different lining thickness, the lining materials can be divided into 3-8mm fluoroplastics (F46, F4, F3, PFA, PVDF), reinforced polyethylene FRPP, ultra-high molecular material polyethylene, propylene, etc. Valves have been passed electric spark and water pressure tests.

Valve seat: NBR/EPDM/PTFE/VITON special rubber of desulfurization

Valve trim: 2507 dual phase steel/1.4529 dual phase steel/Dl/WCB/CF8/CF8M/C954
