Product Introduction
Adopting fluid pressure unbalanced trim, the top guide valve trim structure, the valve body flow path is S streamlined, volume of the single seated valve is small, the structure is simple, the adjustment accuracy is high, the valve seat sealing performance is good.The effective and sufficient guiding system can overcome the vibration generated when the opening is small, and at the same time can extend the service life. The valve trim with various flow characteristics can be selected, which can widely meet the adjustment requirements of various systems, and is suitable for the adjustment and cut off of liquids, gas and steam under medium and low pressure difference conditions.
The single seated control valve is an industrial field executive instrument composed of a control valve with different electric actuators or pneumatic actuators. It accepts 4-20mA or pulse signals output by the regulator to perform closed-loop control to achieve automatic control of flow, pressure, temperature, liquid level and other parameters, and it can select intelligent electric actuators to realize digital transmission with DCS, PLC, etc. to form a more intelligent control system. The power supply voltage of the electric actuated control valve is 220V, 380V or other power voltage. The flow characteristics of the single seated control valve are equal percentage, linear, and quick opening. Compared with pneumatic actuated control valves, electric actuated control valves have the advantages of energy saving (consumption of electricity only when working), environmental protection (no carbon emissions), quick and convenient installation (no need for complicated pneumatic pipelines and air pump workstations), etc., and are widely used in power plant, chemical industry, metallurgy, water treatment and other industrial automation system fields.
